Coping Strategy
I don't think we can be fully stressless in life but there is actually simple ways to decreasing stress. For me, writing help me best to cope. Pouring our thoughts into cohesive piece of writing. It helps me exhaling dullness in my chest, a lot. It is also the reason why I blog. I think it's important to have a hobby, to maintain it, to keep doing what we love, as long as we don't do any harm or corrupt to anything/anyone.
We shouldn't keep our bad feelings burden inside of us. We should let it out and feel better. So, it is useful to express ourselves through writing, making art, maybe exercising, traveling, or doing any other positive activity, you choose it. It won't change the worst situation into heaven directly but at least it is better than just arguing and complaining about the unfairness of life.
We couldn't decide when, where, or how we were born, we never know what kind of situations we would face. But when the trouble, loneliness and hard times come, I hope we know how to make ourselves feel better. Sum up your own coping strategy. That's how we survive.
